ERPA is recognized as a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), the State of Ohio, the State of Wisconsin, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and various counties and agencies throughout the United States.

ERPA is more than just an MBE firm on paper, our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and opportunities for all is reflected within our own workforce. We were founded more than 25 years ago by two persons of color. During the challenges inherent in starting a business, our founders received insight, assistance, and guidance from a wide array of interested individuals and agencies.

This outreach was critical in moving our organization forward, building a foundation of success, and shaping our mission, values, and culture.
