Dr. Srikanth Gaddam, ERPA’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), is a seasoned entrepreneur, having launched four successful companies within the last 10 years.
One of Srikanth’s greatest accomplishments lies in growing ERPA from a two-person organization to a multimillion-dollar firm providing Oracle consulting and managed services and delivering projects to mid-market and Fortune 500 companies.
Srikanth attended the Harvard Business School and received his Executive MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. He was a Business First “Forty under 40” honoree and received the 2015 “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award” from the Fisher College of Business.
Srikanth recently published his first book, titled Destination Success: Discovering the Entrepreneurial Journey.
