Vijay started his career at ERPA in 2006 as a PeopleSoft consultant before graduating to a senior management role in 2015. As VP, Resource Management, Vijay has driven the growth of the company in the staffing industry, and has been responsible for facilitating key direct relationships for the organization. Vijay holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University.
