Sheila Ponder
ERPA Vice President (VP) of Human Resources
Sheila leads ERPA’s human resources team. She has over 15 years of people support experience in human resources and has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a credit union for over 17 years as well.
Sheila started her human resources career focusing on operational protocols and internal controls; only to pivot as the business needs changed to concentrate on recruiting, onboarding, retention, and implementing HR strategies to support the business objectives of the organization.
Sheila received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University, obtained her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dayton, and earned her Senior Certified Professional certificate in human resources from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
