Dr. Srikanth Gaddam is an author, angel investor, and a seasoned entrepreneur who launched three successful technology companies in the last seventeen years. Dr. Gaddam’ s greatest accomplishment lies in raising ERP Analysts, Inc. from a two-person organization to an eighty-five-million-dollar firm. ERP Analysts, Inc. has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies by Inc. 5000 for ten years, Deloitte Fast 500, & Business First Fast 50 for several years. ERP Analysts is recognized as a “Best Places to Work” in Ohio for several years ( Dr. Gaddam graduated from the Doctor of Management (DM) from Case Western Reserve University, MBA from the Ohio State University, and the Owner President Management program (OPM 43) from Harvard Business School. He is the author of the book “Destination Success: Discovering the Entrepreneurial Journey” and also co-author of “Roadmap to Success”.

Kiran Beeravelli
CIO & Co-Founder

Kiran is an original founder of ERPA and has led the development of ERPA’s technology solutions and the transformation from start-up to trusted advisor to many Fortune 1000 companies across the United States. Kiran has over 20 years of extensive experience in leading the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of custom enterprise-level ERP/BI application solutions, primarily in PeopleSoft and Oracle database environments. Kiran has worked with clients in a number of industries, including, healthcare, retail, legal, financial services, hospitality, government, and educational institutions. Kiran attended Kakatiya University and received his Executive MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.

Sabrina Stover
Chief Financial Officer

Sabrina is an accomplished enterprise technology executive and is focused on driving high growth to maximize value while ensuring fiscal responsibility. At ERPA, Sabrina leads finance, accounting, and human resources. Prior to joining ERPA, Sabrina was the chief financial officer and chief operating officer at Astute Solutions, where she led finance, accounting, legal, human resources, delivery, security, and customer service. Prior to Astute, Sabrina served as president and CEO of BidSync, where she was named one of the “30 Women To Watch” in Utah. Sabrina attended Otterbein College and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Harsha Roddam
Executive Vice President of Consulting Services

Harsha is experienced in organizational transformations and has been key during the last decade in helping to accelerate ERPA’s transformation of attracting and developing the best talent and building a culture of engagement, agility, and innovation. At ERPA, Harsha heads the consulting services practice. During Harsha’s tenure, ERPA earned the “Best Places To Work” certification and has been recognized as the first consulting company to obtain this designation in consecutive years on both a local and national level. Harsha earned his master’s degree with honors from Franklin University and received his Executive MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.

Bill Cage
EVP, PeopleSoft Practice

Bill Cage leads the Oracle/PeopleSoft practice for ERPA.  Bill is a highly experienced leader with more than 20 years of executive leadership in consulting, media/publishing, and healthcare.  A key to Bill’s success has been a focus on customer success and the ability to drive efficient, effective solutions for his customer base.  Prior to moving to consulting, Bill worked for the publishing division of TimeWarner, worked for a regional retailer, and served in the US Army.  Bill holds an MBA from Columbia University and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.  Bill has 3 grown children and works from Birmingham, Alabama where he lives with his wife.

Peter Koutroubis
SVP Fulfillment Inside Sales

Peter is an experienced operational leader of Oracle-based technology companies. Peter leads ERPA’s Oracle Business Intelligence and Analytics practice. Prior to ERPA, Peter was a director of recruiting and business development for EMS Consulting, focusing on Oracle technologies. Peter is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served with distinction in Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield. Peter was awarded two U.S. Navy Achievement medals, an Armed Forces Expeditionary medal, and a U.S. Navy Good Conduct medal. Peter attended ACS in Athens, Greece, and Florida International University, receiving his bachelor’s degree in international relations.
